Because our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is so important, we offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all Impact Gel Equine Saddle Pads. If you are not completely satisfied with your saddle pad, return your pad within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping, handling and restocking fee).
Our liability is limited exclusively to the replacement, repair or refund of the product as determined by us. In no event will we be held liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This product is solely warranted by us against workmanship defects for a period of six months from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and tear, improper handling and accidental damage are expressly excluded under this warranty.

Saddle Policies

Our saddles are custom made to order. Because they are custom made saddles we will not allow for returns or refunds. Frontier Saddlery offers a 5-year warranty on the tree and workmanship of each saddle. We understand that it is important to ride a saddle and fit it to your horse before you buy, so we developed a “Test Ride Program” see below for details.
